After You Create Your Free PullBox Account and you are browsing through the PreviewsWorld catalog website, you'll be presented with four different options to choose from on each comic book — PREORDER, ORDER, SUBSCRIBE & WISHLIST...
1. Choosing PREORDER as an option on a comic book selection means that you are requesting a comic book that has not yet been released. If you choose this option, when that comic book hits our shelves there will be a copy (or however many you choose to preorder) held and waiting for you to come and pick it up.
2. Choosing ORDER as an option on a comic book selection means that you are requesting a comic book that has already been released. If you choose this option and the comic book you requested is in stock at our vendors warehouse, we will order it immediately and it will arrive at our store within 2 to 3 weeks (estimated arrival time - depending on many factors, your order could arrive faster or slower) at which time we will hold it for you until you are ready to pick it up.
3. If you choose the SUBSCRIBE option on a comic book, what that means is that each month when we do our monthly comic book orders, we will order copies of every new issue of all the comics you subscribe to.
Upon clicking the subscribe button, you will be presented with a pop-up window where you will need to choose the quantity of copies you would like to receive each month as well as the option for which cover option you would prefer to receive — Either the Standard/Cover A or the *Variant Cover option.
*We suggest that you choose the Base/Cover A option for all of your subscriptions as it is at the discretion of the publishers and vendors as to whether they will produce certain variant options each month, which leaves open the possibility that you may end up with issue gaps in your comic book subscriptions.
In the event that you are subscribing to a title that is already in progress, PullBox will offer you the option of ordering either the last issue or last two issues of the series prior to your subscription entry point. You may choose to order them or leave them blank in which case the very first issue number you will receive is the issue that you initially subscribed to.
If you decide that you no longer want to subscribe to a comic book series, please be sure to login to your account and click on MY PULLBOX located at the top right of the page which will navigate you to your PullBox dashboard.
Once you're on the dashboard page click the VIEW option on the SUBSCRIPTIONS box...
Then simply navigate to the comic book title you no longer want to receive and select UNSUBSCRIBE...
You will then be presented with the option of canceling all the expected preorders for that title or you can choose to receive whatever is already on order, in which case your subscription will cease upon receiving those issues...
4. On each product you will also see a WISH LIST button. Clicking that button will place that product into a private exportable list that can be accessed on the MY PULLBOX dashboard.
ATTENTION DC COMICS SUBSCRIBERS
When you search on the PreviewsWorld website for DC comics, you will find all of the available title results of your search if you scroll down to NEW RELEASES & UPCOMING ITEMS.
*Also please note — DC Comics is a third party publisher on PreviewsWorld which means we place our orders for DC through a separate vendor than the PreviewsWorld parent company — Because of that, when you are viewing DC comic books on PreviewsWorld, you will frequently see an alert box that reads, "There are currently no scheduled upcoming issues" — That does not mean that title is canceled or unavailable. That just means we do not have the option to order those titles through the parent company, Diamond Comics Distributors.
By default your PullBox subscriptions will be held for local pickup at the Megabrain Comics store located at 15 East Market St. Rhinebeck, NY 12572
If you would prefer to have your subscriptions shipped directly to your house, please send an email with your request to email@example.com and we will arrange the specifics of your monthly shipments with you directly.

We will do everything we can to make your comic buying experience fun and easy and in return we ask just one thing from you.
That one thing...
As a PullBox member you are asking us to order an extra copy of a comic book just for you and it would help our store immensely if you can pick up your books at least once a month. We have to place our orders two months in advance and we’re not allowed to return anything. That means if you don’t pick up your order we end up with a lot more products than we intended to buy and we may not be able to sell them all. Also our shop is very small and limited on the amount of books that we can store.
Be sure to check the IN SHOPS date when making an order request. All products have specific ship dates.
If you find a product on the website listed under "OTHER ITEMS" those may be products that were once in stock, but are no longer available. If they are NOT in stock your order request for that product(s) may be rejected.
