Shipping, Return, and Pickup Policy
SHIPPING
Here at Megabrain Comics and Arcade we offer a number of shipping options in regards to comic books that range from bubble mailers, rigid cardboard mailers, and shipping boxes.
If you place an order with us and you are a comic collector or dealer and would like to have your purchase shipped in a specific manner that we do not have offered, please contact us and let us know.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
As comic books are *periodicals and due to the supply chain involved in selling comic books as well as normal shelf wear — mint “collector” condition can not be guaranteed for comic books.
Vintage comics are NOT in mint condition unless specified in the title of the product and therefore are priced accordingly.
That being said, we understand there are occasional exceptions to situations, therefore it is at our discretion whether we choose to accept returns on comic books.
If you are unhappy with your comic book purchase, please send us a message and include images of the "damaged" comic book in question and we will get back to you at our earliest convenience. Buyer may need to pay for restocking fee and return shipping costs on any accepted returns.

*A periodical is anything that comes out with regular issues. A daily newspaper, a weekly news magazine, a monthly journal, and an annual book series are all examples of periodicals. — None of those types of publications are ever guaranteed to arrive in collectible condition.
The prices of the collector market are in fact driven by the notion that not all comic books are perfect and the perfect ones are in fact rare.
**In the event of an online order return, there may be a small restocking fee associated with the return due to a number of factors such as credit card processing fees incurred through PayPal or shipping costs.

ABANDONED PURCHASES
If you have made a purchase that requires an in-store pickup and have not picked up your purchase after 45 days or arranged for your items to be shipped, we will consider the purchased item(s) as an abandoned purchase and the item(s) will be returned to inventory. There are no refunds on abandoned purchases.
